I bet she'll be consulted on the appeal.

Toensing: sentencing ~ guidelines are no longer cement lines, so because of recent SS decisions.

Usually a sentence like this could be would be done concurrently .. you're not going to add them on top of each other.

Probability .. a year, 10 months
(if there is jail time)

I don't know how I'll be able to stomach Fitz's presser ..
this is too sickening for words.

Heck, I question that. When you are arguing that your guy was too busy to remember stuff, you better have him say that. They essentially agreed he had not been truthful, but didn't do it on purpose -- and then presented no evidence showing he didn't do it on purpose.

And Federal sentencing guidelines insure that he wont serve any where near that much time. Unlikely he will serve more than three years if that. Presumably Bush will pardon him.
