I wouldn't get all upset over this -- regardless of the outcome.

I doubt anyone on this forum is surprised you'd make that statement.

The convictions will be overturned. But Fitz and the jury will have gotten what they wanted in the meantime.

Why would you say that? A look at my posting history will reveal that I've had very little to say about this case from the start.

I've predicted that Libby won't spend a day in jail. The only question is whether he has to get a presidential pardon, or if his conviction will be overturned on appeal (which became more likely by the day and probably became a near-certainty after Fitzgerald's closing arguments).
