How is a self described "secular state" with the power to force out people of any given religion a "Frontier of Freedom". Sounds more on the totalitarianist side to me. Personally, I'm glad that the US guarantees freedom of religion.

Yes, but until we can have islam redefined as something other than a religion, it gives the muzzies a loophole they can drive an explosive-filled truck through.

The Australian Constitution guarantees freedom of religion. And, let's be quite honest here. The Australian government doesn't have the power to force out people who are of any given religion - it does, however, have the power to crack down on immigration, and make sure no more crazies who aren't willing to integrate come across.
