Do dems believe in democracy?
Hell, even I don't believe in democracy. Democracy is an awful form of government.
The USA is a republic not a democracy.
In a democracy every citizen votes on every issue. In essence, it is chaos with a ballot box.
In a republic, representatives are elected to vote for us.

The majority of them do not...many are socialists and the more vocal end of democrats are totalitarian fascists. Look at the first things they're trying to do with their new found power...socialized medicine and attack free speech. Those aren't democratic values.

A great big NO, NO and NO. All they care about is being in control. Being re-elected comes ahead of what is good for America. In addition, they want to control your life from birth to death. Does that sound like they believe in Democracy? Again, NO, NO and NO.

I voted no of course. The dems only believe in demockericy.

A trait shared (either unknowingly or intentionally ignored )by so many morons of all political persuasion who insist on calling this Representative Republic a democracy.

COUNTYPRESSONLINE.COM - READER POLL

Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, the friend of the Kennedys and Jimmy Carter, has just assumed power to rule by decree. Do our Democrats really believe in democracy?

Yes 30.4%

No 69.6%

votes: 313

Often, when we see polls outside of the Blue Cities of death, poverty, crime and rat control, this data is repeated in other polls.

Democrats believe in Utopian democracy, sort of a socialist fiddler's green.

Conservatives and most Republicans are defined out of that Utopia, they are too ignorant or uncivilized to be admitted to Rat heaven.

Thus we have a cultural war, which has spread into a political war, and now threatens to become an economic war. After that, well we will have a civil war.

And I look forward to fighting these gun banning wick heads.

In the Democrat Candy Mountains,

There's a land that's fair and bright,

Where the handouts grow on bushes

And you have sex out all night.

Where the hotels all are empty

And the sun shines every day

And the Kurds and the Shias

And the Sunni Chias

The cocaine springs

Where Hillary sings

In the Democrat Candy Mountains.

Of course not. If they did, a people's vote on Roe v. Wade would overturn that decision. If they did, a people's vote on gay marriage would end that debate. If they did, a people's vote on whether the Ten Commandments could be posted in public areas and saying the Pledge of Allegiance in schools would pass overwhelmingly. This is why they want Supreme Court control, because they are unable to push their agenda unless they take "the people" out of the equation.

Worthy of freeping again.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

Hopefully, folks are finally waking up and seeing life as it is, not as it should be for them.

Of course the Dems believe in democracy. The vote of the majority rules. What the Dems do not believe in is a REPUBLIC. The rule of law applied to all. This is a very important distinction. Sometimes, I think the Repubs don't believe in a REPUBLIC either.
All people of America should be aware that America was founded on the principles of a REPUBLIC.
