The pallet was discovered in an area located at Gate H, located right next to Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines “Majesty of the Sea”, which does have passengers on board who are preparing to embark later Monday afternoon.<<
So are they evacuating those passengers? I would be concerned that this is some sort of remote-controlled device (e.g. cellphone call). Not out of the woods with this.
I just heard on CNN that the pallet they found the C-4 residue was to be loaded onto a cruise ship. It contained food etc. to be sold on the ship. This doesn't sound like a false alarm.
