Folks worry about illegal aliens voting. How about they became state legislators? He has a Dominican factory and a second home in the Dominican Republic. Where was he born, in Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic? IMHO, if Puerto Rico doesn't want to become a state, so be it. Let it be free. Dollars to donuts, this crook is an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic pretending to be a Puerto Rican.

Puerto Rico cannot become a state. The Fed has its headquarters there and if Puerto Rico became a state, they would be required to pay taxes.
