[Prophet in the wilderness]

The Pacific theater was a very vast area to cover.
I once had a debate with my dad in which one was the most interesting , he said, the Europe theater, and I said, the Pacific, but all in all, the Europe theater was the more critical.
I saw ( In Harms Way ) with John Wayne, Henry Fonda, last night on TCM... I was wondering ? was that movie based around the battles around the Fiji Islands ?
