Guess I'll try some red wine....I need more endurance...

The amount they're giving to the test mice in these resveratrol experiments equates to a lot more for people than can be found in a few glasses of red wine. If humans can achieve similar results, it'll have to be with pills at a much higher dosage. Meantime I'm going by the health food store and see if they have resveratrol pills. By the time experiments lead to clinical trials lead to FDA approval in 50 years or so, I'll probably be dead of old age.

From the higher resveratrol dose [similar to what was given to the research mice] you might grow a mouse tail, or even [god forbid!] become a RAT.
