"We are going to continue to use the term holiday because there are several holidays throughout that time period, and we certainly need to be respectful of all of them,"

Absolutely true. And I'll bet Ramadan shoppers comprise much of your buying public around this time of year.

I wish I had known this before I just spent $250 on a new wide-screen flat panel at Best Buy. I guess I could return it ...

Depends on how wide the screen is.

We have purchased two over the internet, no clue what company (my husband does that kind of ordering) and both are fine, Sharps I believe, came on time, price was lower than in any store around. one is 24" and the second one (from a different supplier, still no problems) is 34 or somewhere around there.

Love having more room in the bedroom, since the tv is now mounted on the wall.

Did get the larger rear projection from BB. Won't be doing that any more.

Hopefully Best Buy will have enough Holiday gift shoppers to make up for the loss of some of their Christmas gift shoppers.

How friggin' pc do these people think they have to be?

Maybe "Cellphones for Ramadan" could be new slogan?
