I know what you mean about him getting wound up and somewhat incoherent. I've commented before on his possible mental state but I believe he's got a definite problem with high blood pressure or something similar, his face gets red and he seems flustered or confused. He doesn't look healthy.
I think you are right. I have heard others, one being an administrator of prison psych evaluations, say there is a definite brain malfunction. I think he had a name for it, but of course I CRS. I REALLY need to start taking notes!
