It needn't have the money,the Saudis can provide that-they provide the hardware training.Why is that nearly every bomber who was indicted for the attacks in London,Madrid & elsewhere went to Pakistan at some point(& not proceeding to Afghanistan)???????????????????????????????????????????????????
Because their Saudi financiers send them to the training camps in Pakistan, so that the royals get to maintain the world-public pretense that they are not involved.
