Folks, if you just take the time to look at the actual decision itself, you will find that it supports my initial suspicions that these guys were up to no good. I think that the court made the right decision on this one.

He wasn't convicted of a crime because he wasn't charged with a crime. He wasn't even arrested.

This was a civil case against the money, not a criminal case against Mr. Drug Dealer. You can tell by the title of the case, United States of America v. $124,700 in U.S. Currency.
