Did you see the report that verified high levels of mercury around the first emperor's tomb?

The "waters" of the royal landscape. Fascinating. The idea that the interior might be essentially intact certainly peaks one's interest. However, the opening must be done properly -- Thank goodness Mao didn't attempt it. With his disdain for the past, it wouldn't have gone well.

Yes. As I recall, there are supposed to be pools of liquid mercury in the tomb?
