As long as we continue to deal with Islam as if it's a religion, it's highly unlikely we will ever deal with the problem the way the Brits can.

On the other hand, Islam's primary theory is that government, religion, society, culture and "state" are all one thing.

Using their own definition of their "system" seems to me we could deal with Islam as if it were a foreign country.
