There is no doubt that the pictures were staged. Same "rescue worker" in several shots. This guy is far more interested in milking the dead than "rescuing" any survivors.
Moreover, the photographers had to be aware of exactly what was happening! And why!
They had to know they were participating in a propaganda scam...and submitted the photos and captions anyway. They were willingly acting as accessories.
Most of the photographers, I note, bore Arab names. Surely, AP, al-Reuters, et al also have to be aware of what is going on. But they seem to be wholly unconcerned that their employees are more interested in promoting enemy propaganda than providing a true and accurate story.
The moral bankruptcy of the MSM becomes ever more evident.
