Most explosives that can be encased as an aerial bomb run anywhere from 500 to 2,000 pounds, Pantera.
The bombs must be carried under wing or inside bomb bays, which burns up the aircraft's fuel load.
Since the IAF doesn't have Heavy Bombers or Tankers, my guess is either a concerted fighter strike, a missile or Multiple Rocket strike. Or the IAF has some Tomahawks and/or MOABs they're not talking about.

That's not true. The Israeli Air Force has converted B707's for aerial refueling capabilities.
