Yes that is true. But Allen was also right behind him. You forget one other thing, the georgia straw poll was a hundred or so people at most. The Blogosphere straw poll is roughly 15-20k. Much larger sample and much larger geographic region, i suspect this straw poll means alot more.
One thing to note about the blogosphere straw poll, while rudy always used to run slightly ahead of allen (1-3 points), over the last year allen has eventually overtook him and is now beating him by about 6 points.
Well we can only wait and see what happens. I am looking forward to the 2008 elections. Regardless whomever wins the Republican nomination will get my vote.
