I am no expert but I think one could successfully argue that the on board speedometer of a vehicle or the radar gun that measures it might have a margin of error that would get the ticket of a 2 mph speeding ticket tossed out. Of course a lot of these are just paid for because of the time and hassle of going to argue it in court.

As I understand it courts are also closed except for emergency cases.

Hard for them to collect if we can't get due process.
