That's a very plausible hypothesis - it would do the dirty work for Sen. SPECTRE by getting the issues and classified info out there in a big way, while he pretends to be statesmanlike in trying to consider all side and arguments, etc. One thing for sure, I don't trust him for an instant. He is the worst kind of RINO, the kind that constantly gives the Demagogues a spurious "bi-partisan" cover for many of their worst tendencies.
