Well John King might have been write. Emails would have poured in, if anyone had been watching and heard it. But its CNN and their ratings stink. That is why I had assumed Bill Press was deceased (on a different thread). Apparently, he is on a show on CNN (not deceased, but effectively hidden from public view)
