The Shadow of a Marriage
The Washington Post ^ | May 25, 2006 | David Broder

Posted on 05/25/2006 6:42:55 AM PDT by libstripper

The two sides of Hillary Rodham Clinton -- the opposites that make her potential presidential candidacy such a gamble -- came into sharp focus Tuesday morning at the National Press Club.

For the better part of an hour, the senator from New York held forth in a disquisition on energy policy that was as overwhelming in its detail as it was ambitious in its reach.

But the buzz in the room was not about her speech -- or her striking appearance in a lemon-yellow pantsuit -- but about the lengthy analysis of the state of her marriage to Bill Clinton that was on the front page of that morning's New York Times.

No! She is Mrs. Clinton in name only, and has been for most of the last 30 years.

Part of the game plan at this time is the rehabilitation of Hillary care. In his autobiography, Clinton claims that there was a sixty percent approval rating of the plan when people were polled and not told it was Hillary's plan.

Broder is a point man for the DNC. Think of him as the guy who pounds the drums on a slave ship to keep the rowers in synch. What Broder writes today, the second tier OpEd writers will repeat next week.

They're trying to paint the failure of Hillary care as one of the great tragedies of the twentieth century. Loot for this storyline in numerous Op-Eds and news "stories."

The only time they've slept together in the last ten years was at Reagan's funeral.

Gee whiz, Samsonite doesn't even make bags that big! Looks like a return trip to that plastic surgeon is in order.

Yesterday Rush eviscerated the whole thing as nothing but a mess of drivel, come to think of it, just about as bad as HillaryCare.

With hips like the gray hippopotamus:
Her speeches, truly monotonous.
..Cankles for ankles
..And a taste for young skankles
Her face is as wide as her bottom is.

I read a bio of her (a very unflattering bio)-- apparently she has some sort of vascular condition that makes her legs swell up. That's the reason for all the pantsuits.

As for her fat butt, I can only surmise that it's due to too many Twinkies...

Didn't a (much better looking)yellow pantsuit appear in "Kill Bill"? Could there be a connection?
