One day, the foreign troops who guard the Albanian criminals will be gone and the Serb Army will return to Kosovo and establish both peace and justice in their province.

you make it sound like your a visionary. All Albanians in that region are not criminals so get real and be realistic. Once they are independant the Serbs will not go there. The EU and international agencies not to mention other super powers will not let that happen. The times have changed. You think the former Soviet Union countries will ever be forced to become the Soviet union again. I think not.
If Kosovo is lost now it will be gone for ever.
