Why should, say, Vojvodina secede from Serbia?
I here that they are not happy. They feel oppressed and believe they do not have equal representation, their region is not developed like the beautiful capital of Serbia. I guess they think that being independant may serve their cause. You will not disagree that everytime a Autonomy or republic becomes independant it takes years and for some centuries before they are able to prosper. Econims and experience is a key factor.
