I would disagree, I would say a public school is meant to have some semblance of democracy, which is exactly why I chose to keep my children out of them. Besides, the whole schoolyard justice element should have been allowed to play out. If the kids at the school didn't like what she was saying, she woulda heard about it, cause that's what happens in public school in America these days

I agree. In CA schools are considered a business and, as such, are listed in the phone book under the business section.
