absolutely right, this case never should have been in civilian court. he's not some perp who just robbed a 7-11, he's an enemy combatant.

He should have been tried by a military tribunal. Uday and Qusay were the model for how to handle these folks, this guy shouldn't have even shown up on radar ... and Saddam should have been dead before he made it out of his hole.
