but if I were in charge of someone being held ("held", incarcerated, confined) during his war crimes trial....

I'm certainly not a noobie, and I agree with the poster. I originally supported our entry into the fray, but just prior to our going in I stopped by and talked to Colonel Roger Donlan, Rtd., and the first MOH winner in Nam.
