Do you believe employers should be forced to hire twits like this?

I believe just the opposite. A wise employer would seek to avoid hiring people like this in the first place and, failing that, would find ways to get rid of them after finding out what they are about.

It isn't her politics per se that make her poisonous in the work enivironment. It's her sense of entitlement and vengeful personality. This is the kind of humorless troublemaker who keeps the rest of the employees constantly agitated, who is looking to file a complaint withthe EEOC if you attempt to correct her disruptive behavior or require her to conform to the the minimum requirements of the job.

In my opinion, this womyn appears to be unemployable, and for good reason.

I didn't say hire but in terms of grounds for discharging someone there is none. And, with harassment in the work place being what they are I don't see how they get away with a supervisor making jokes like this.

Hey, I don't like the BS that employers have to put up with today. I have to pay a matching 7.65% in the social security find for even taking the risk of employing someone, I have to pay 3% on top of that for Unemployment if business turns down and I have to lay them off hence making it harder for me to soldier on, I have to be careful in everything I do around an employee, etc., etc..

But, I still stand by my original point and that is that people seem to think it's okay to fire someone for being a liberal but they will have some level of outrage for someone being a conservative or owning a gun.
