I have never said I understood Serbian. I said I listened to RY in English. I do not understand your point.

Can I have an opinion on the Balkans without understanding any of the languages? Yes, I can. Can I have an opinion on the rightness of the wars? Yes, I can. Do you have to agree with me? Obviously, you do not. But I am not a Muslim, as I have been accused of being; nor a Clintonite, as I have been accused of being. I have been a military intelligence officer and I have been a shortwave listener for over 35 years.

By the way, you'd be surprised how much information can be picked up in a 30 minute broadcast; it would take me three pages in my logbook to transcribe everything that was said.
