That is so interesting. And the cross-over conflict and how it can affect relationships. I got this book a while ago which went into the personality types a little more.

Now I know why I stressed teamwork so much on my last program and other people couldn't figure out why! LOL!

There was also another book that analyzed types of people working together, but can't remember where it is. Sometimes it is too easy to overanalyze things, too, but it sure can be fun! LOL

I'll have to take a look at that book. Looks like a good read. I haven't thought about this stuff for a long time, so it's kind of fun to jump back in.

I do know it's a lot more fun to over-analyze than to have to actually get things done—say Sunday laundry and housecleaning and stuff like that. ; ).
