Frankly, I would rather see American companies handling security at our ports for security and economic reasons.

Well you got what you want because America has always and always will be responsible for handling security at our ports or anywhere else in United States for that matter. This company will not be in charge of security, that is OUR job. US Coast Guard, US Customs, Department of Homeland Security and Local Law Enforcement.
