I realize the economic side of it and that it would bring alot of money to the US
But my gut says it's a REALLY bad idea ... I really really don't like it

The sale wan't a set-up; it was a corporate business deal done in the UK. The review and approval, though, seem somehow to be done in the way to embarass the administration the most, and seem to be coordinated with the democrats. THAT is what I am suspicious about.

I don't remember ever hearing Sean speaking negatively about McCain, though.

I have a feeling Schumer is gonna get taken to the wood shed over that remark about trusting Halliburton!!

If Congress complains too much about this...they need to be reminded that it was THEY that voted to take any oversight of this process AWAY from them....and to the group that DID approve this deal...
This is one of the problems with Congress...they always rush to make new laws to "fix" something they don't like...but a lot of times, down the road, find out that the "fix" was not so hot!!
