Sen. Ben Nelson, D, voted FOR Judge, now JUSTICE, Alito. He, Robert Byrd and two other dims voted FOR conformation. I missed the Republican who voted Nae. Robert Byrd seems to be moving over to the President's side. I wonder why? What did the President say to him at that Rose Room meeting?? I believe I read that Byrd is running again.

Byrd is old school, he still believes "that to the victors go the spoils". Lincoln Chafee was allowed to vote no. He was the pubbie. We didn't need him.
