Campbell Brown said she's never seen the president having to lobby his side so much before a speech but she says they are worried about his low poll numbers, the war, blah blah blah. Brown is in Statuary Hall waiting for the spinners on both sides, and she actually portrays the white house as being worrried about support from their own side. Definitely downer spin from Campbell!!
