Kristol whining, saying conservatives won't be happy with the speech. Says Rove gave a rousing speech, and the Pres was too conciliatory and non-combative.
I'm always so disappointed when Kristol is on.
I'm sick of hearing about what "the conservatives" will or won't be happy with.
Just remember...FOX panned a lot of the speeches during the campaign. They even panned Zell's speech. They were shocked at how well the country loved it. Their opinions are worthless to me, especially in election years. They go left always.
Kristol is a bonehead. His views mean nothing to me. Somebody on this thread hit the nail on the head...he is a wet noodle.Most of what he says is for reaction vs what his view/belief actually is...
That's why these talking head conservatives do us no good...they have no idea why Bush was elected or what inspired one of the largest grassroots efforts in history. I've had a bunch of calls from friends who volunteered with me on the Bush campaign and they loved the speech.
