I think Kristol said "squishy". I'm not fond of him.

Bush was on tonight. Don't listen to the naysayers. They are so full of themselves and think they could do it much better. They are full of it.

Cindy Sheehan, the mother of a fallen soldier in Iraq who reinvigorated the anti-war movement, was arrested and removed from the House gallery Tuesday night just before President Bush's State of the Union address, a police spokeswoman said.

Sheehan, who was invited to attend the speech by Rep. Lynn Woolsey (news, bio, voting record), D-Calif., was charged with demonstrating in the Capitol building, said Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider. The charge was later changed to unlawful conduct, Schneider said. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Sheehan was taken in handcuffs from the Capitol to police headquarters a few blocks away. Her case was processed as Bush spoke.

Schneider said Sheehan had worn a T-shirt with an anti-war slogan to the speech and covered it up until she took her seat. Police warned her that such displays were not allowed, but she did not respond, the spokeswoman said.

Police handcuffed Sheehan and removed her from the gallery before Bush arrived. Sheehan was to be released on her own recognizance, Schneider said.

"I'm proud that Cindy's my guest tonight," Woolsey said in an interview before the speech. "She has made a difference in the debate to bring our troops home from Iraq."

Woolsey offered Sheehan a ticket to the speech — Gallery 5, seat 7, row A — earlier Tuesday while Sheehan was attending an "alternative state of the union" press conference by CODEPINK, a group pushing for an end to the Iraq war.

Sheehan, wrapped in a bright pink scarf against the cold, protested outside the White House with a handful of others before heading to the Capitol Tuesday evening. There were no cameras around, but the small band faced the executive mansion and repeatedly shouted, "You're evicted! Get out of our house!"

I tried to vote but couldn't find the poll. There's another one, but it doesn't have little circles or anyway for one to vote

How do you think most Americans are facing the future?

I thought President Bush was wonderful, and I thought the democRATS made asses out of themselves, especially giving themselves a standing ovation for blocking Social Security reform. It is so sad to see the democRATS self destruct before the American people. Sad, but well deserved!!

"I think that eyebrow had a mind of its own. It was like liberated from the rest of his body, yearning for freedom. I never saw a eyebrow like that before." I saw an eyebrow like that only once and here it is!

It would almost be worth it just to see what the articles of impeachment would be.

After listening to Kaine and now Giuliani on Fox News, I am convinced that Giuliani will be the next President. While Kaine will have better days, the difference is striking. No one on the GOP side is anywhere close to as good a speaker as Rudy. The battle is now to get a strong social conservative as VP.

I'll be more than sick. It won't happen. They want control to start impeachment proceedings too. Damn, they're dumb.

I guess they really think they will be able to impeach Bush. How stupid they are. I'm glad that they continually look like fools in front of the camera. THAT gives John Q Public a first hand look at the party of obstruction. I'm sure they all saw that the RATS didn't stand up when Bush said he wants permanent tax cuts. How can anyone support a party that thinks they can spend our money better than we can? There is no way they can spend money better than I can. LOL

Or was he just lying?

%%%%

Need you ask!
The man is a buffoon.
Matthews interviewed Mehlman after Dean, asked good questions, got good answers, and in the wrap-up, called (started to call) Mehlman the Democrat chairman--- I bet Matthews was thinking "why can't we have a smart guy like this to chair our party?"

That guy is a FREAK! How the hell did he ever get elected?I didn't think anyone could ever appear more strange and wooden than Nancy Pelosi, but he managed it. I could NOT take my eye off the eyebrow, except to briefly notice the weird, incongruous hand gestures.
