This is not about Altio. It's all about "O'Connor's seat" and their crazy base. There is no difference between Roberts and Alito. If Roberts came second Wyden would have voted against him.

The Dems will not filibuster this one. They would lose. They have to save it for a year or two down the line when they have to protect a decidedly liberal seat.
