Now that this database exists, can homosexuals in charge of hiring check to see if the prospective employee is on it? What about lenders of the queer bent?
Lots of very nasty uses for a database like this. I would think that this passes the intimidation test.
I really think we conservatives should start doing the same thing - posting information about members of looney left organizations and activists. To date I don't believe a single conservative group has either threatened and/or done that. If they're willing to use that type of intimidation, I say let them see how it looks from the other side.
"Hardball" would be cross-indexing this database -- "An estimated 6,500 gay and lesbian couples have since married in the state", with this database -- Commonwealth of Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry, and then publish the list on the web.
That's "hardball".
