Ummm, actually, it's not. It was a lot more free in the past. It's going the wrong way.
It all just proves how immature these kids are and that guidance of a parent or some mature adult is most certainly needed to help them on their path to adulthood. All kids will do crazy things if left on their own. I think if they asked then the parent might not be happy with their choice but at least the parent could do some research and try to steer them to a safe place. Very sad world and the kids are suffering terribly.
