You could always go to GoDaddy and pay for the renewal. This happened once for Microsoft of all companies. Someone noticed a really important domain expired and they paid for the renewal out of their own pocket.
Except at Godaddy this is prolly just $15 to do.. cheap eh!
Sheesh. That sure brings back memories from the Superbowl. That stupid ad brought them tons of free publicity because FOX would not air it a second time. The news buzz from that story probably gave them more airplay than if FOX had run the ad in the second half.
