And leftist politicians and interest groups have indulged in so much hyperbole over the years that their frenzied denunciations of a Republican president’s Supreme Court nominees has become little more than white noise for the normal American.
Sums it up nicely....the DEMS have railed for so long on so many issues....the public has tuned them right out.
That is precisely correct. The DEMS decided to oppose Bush on anything and everything whether it went against their actual interets or not. Their constant screming means there is no distinction between legitimate opposition on a significant political watershed issue and a throw away topic where the RATS are simply playing a gotcha game (even when they might otherwise agree with the President). So a screming democRAT becomes a daily given and is no longer worth any level of public focus.
When you run the same play over and over again eventually the defense figures it out.
God, isn't it the truth. IN fact, we can have a news conference tonight held by our CIC with ideas on getting out of Iraq, immigration reform, etc., and BEFORE the ideas are even released, the Dems will be holding conferences DENOUNCING the President's plans. Chucky had his comments ready once Alito's nomination was announced, before he even met with the man!!!! The Dems don't want truth or reason. They want their way and have become quite a predictable gaggle of elitist, crybaby obstructionists! I should really buy stock in diapers and Kleenex because both industries are perpetually supported by the whining and sniveling of the Dems!
