No bid, my butt!CONCAP/LOGCAP/AFCAP etc are not "no bid" contracts. Any "journalist" worth his salt could figure that out.

I agree.The media continually leaves out one fact about Haliburton.They are one of about two companies world wide that can do the job they do.
I think the only other company who can do what Haliburton does is a French company.
Maybe Chrissy wants the contract to go to France?
I cannot stand the fact that he does nothing but spin.
