About time some more of ya got here! ;) Keep up the good fight, Metesky, I can't keep my eyes open any more. Please read the complete sentence. here it is fyi - I don;t like smokers and people who smoke and throw their cigarettes on the road while driving.
In other words the smokers I do not like are the once that "throw their cigarettes on the road". Have a good day!
