Supporters overshadow protest by radical group
The message they brought was hate.
The words they used meant to hurt.
But the answer they got was 'we don't,' and 'not here.'
A protest on Sunday by a group of religious extremist who used the funeral of a soldier killed in Iraq as a platform for their vitriolic anti-homosexual and anti-military message, prompted a spontaneous counter-protest by Morgan County residents

Check out there site. I swear they must be paid to spew this stuff, and I would bet on by who!! They go all over the country, have even been to ME and MA. Someone is paying them, and as we know, conservatives pay their own way when we stand up to be counted.

So proud of the supporters and those that put up that huge flag.
Since someone mentioned this group survived by causing attacks and then suing - possibly this is the agenda in all of these funeral protests. Incite the pro-war supporters into attacking them and then suing with the help of the ACLU.
So, we just be our normal selves and mount a dignified, pro-soldier stance and hopefully town people will join. They are showing themselves for who they are, but we are also.
The main thing is to honor the soldier that died and his family - so, of course, we would do nothing to bring on a clash.
Boy, from what I know about these wackos I would have a hard time with that.
