I would GLADLY accept a pro-abortion SCOTUS Justice as long as they were a strict Constitutionalist on law and order, property rights, gun rights, reverse discrimination, et al.

How pray tell could a strict Constitutionalist not vote to overturn Roe v Wade?

I asked a group of eleven scholars to rewrite the opinions in Roe v. Wade and its companion case, Doe v. Bolton, using only materials available as of January 1973 when the cases were decided.
