Even with these bonehead remarks, he is better than Bustamonte or Governor Grayout. Having said that, they all were very poor choices. Such is life in Kalifornia....I can't wait to make enough money to get out of here...
On the former, certainly; but Bustamante would have come in third in any case. On Gray Davis, we disagree, because Republicans in the legislature would not have let him double State indebtedness and accelerate the rate of increase in spending by 50% the way they have allowed Arnold to do. Further, Davis VETOED socializing two thirds of California's water via the Sierra Nevada Conservancy; Arnold pushed for it.
You're going to have to make a better case than that if you want to support the assertion that Arnold is an improvement.
