What good would that do? We already know who they are!
How about a National Elimination of Sex Offenders?

Congress keeps adding new laws similar to this and who have they stopped? No one. Offenders only keep offending day in day out.

They can not be rehabed.

Only answer is keep them locked up or kill'em. Plain & simple. IMO.
