John Kerry's decisive Viet Nam experiences were just adequate to fool enough unconnected voters and put him over the top. The Socialist Party managed to embezzle the Electoral College and he was appointed President of the United States. The United States then embarked on a Viet Nam like "get out of Iraq at any cost" policy.
Ted Kennedy agreed to take over the Department of Defense in order to solve its massive problems of mismanagement. His first order of business was to get the United States troops out of every country in the world. He was not going to have a single individual loss of life for any reason. You could bet your bottom dollar that he would not get submerged in a quagmire in any foreign country, or a sinking Oldsmobile, for any reason.
The new President Kerry had immediately issued an apology to all, that the previous President had offended, and world wide the United States was starting to pay reparations for past transgressions against Muslim countries. These payments were easily taken out of the moneys that the United States had stolen from so many over the past 50 hears as Social Security payments.
The new United States would easily learn to get along with significantly less gasoline as the overall society would be turning back to its agrarian roots. Automobiles were to be replaced with horses and buggies. Over weight people would no longer be a problem as more individuals were turning to walking more. Gone would be all the new fangled computers, as well as all those that wanted to continue to live in a modern society.
President Kerry and the Socialist Party were correct and the world was a much more peaceful place as long as everyone did as they were told. Gone would be the days of free speech. It would be replaced with a call to prayers, five times each day. Allah be praised.
Now we fast forward to the 4th of July 2006.
The entire neighborhood had decided to get together for a big picnic at the local recreational ball park. There were softball games going until noon when everyone stopped to answer noon time call for prayers from the local appointed Muslim Cleric. Traditional hot dogs and hamburgers were an absolute "No-No" and were replaced by a strange feast of goat meat and exotic vegetables. There were no sodas and definitely no beer. Loud music was a thing of the past and the only thing heard was the soft drone of prayers to Allah in the distance.
Blankets were spread on the dirt to allow for the men a comfortable place to kneel down and talk. Gone were the folding chairs of modern America. This 4th of July was right in America and no one cared what was not being done in Washington, DC. Everyone at the picnic was only focused on the immediate day and the immediate area of the picnic. The women had learned their place and were quietly cleaning and cooking more food for the men as they gathered to discuss scriptures from the Koran.
Yes, life was much better now that America finally had seen the errors of its way. There were no more individual cowboys trying to safeguard America, but just one big safe family of worshipers doing what ever Allah and his clerics decided was best for them.
Any individual, no matter how erudite and well meaning, that thinks this could not happened, if socialist like Kennedy, Schumer, Clinton and the rest of the rabid Democrat Party, are allowed to continue their self-serving selfishness in blocking the will and safety of the American People, is simply on a drug induced trip to never-never land. The people of America need to wake up and demand that a few individual stop trying to force their personal will on the rest of us.
I for one do not intend to stick my face in the dirt, my butt in the air, and praise Allah for anything.

The entire West ( dare I say "the civilized World?" ) is locked in a fight to the death with militant Islam.
There will be no second-place winner, no "third way" solution-- it is March or Die time, folks.
It is Us versus an eighth-century "culture" of plunder & pillage, forced religious "conversions," and the mistreatment of women.
The sooner we face up to this fact realistically and quit dancing around PC talking-point nonsense about diversity and tolerance, the better off we'll all be.
We did not pick this fight- which really has roots in Jimmy Carter's appeasement in 1979 of militants- but we had damned well better see it for what it is, and be prepared to face it and finish it.
I'll put it in raw, personal terms-- I don't want Sharia law visited upon my women, and I don't want a goat-roper "culture" infesting my land.
I don't want their vile, nasty, loathsome weapons of mass destruction loosed upon my fair country, either.
They picked the fight, and now it is up to us to finish it- balls to the wall, hammer and anvil, fire and blood and iron... freedom is never, ever free, and the coin you pay it in is men's lives and tears and blood.
What we saw during Gulf War I was our military doctrine ( high tech ) versus Soviet doctrine ( throw a lot of low tech iron at the problem )-- and we all know how that turned out.
What we saw in the 3-Week War is Information-Tech,
( What some are calling it Hyperwarfare... )
or 21st Century warfare versus 20th Century...
What I would suggest, and call your attention to, is the fact that we, and Israel, are capable of waging 21st Century warfare, and the entire Arab world is not.
Proven fact, by recent events.
One more thing- this will be a war where we are all called to be warriors- so I suggest to you that the time has come to get hard, and stay hard... it really is the time for Fire and Blood and Iron...

You know, I used to think that too. But then I came to believe that these are the people who would do or say anything to stay alive. These are not only the fools who could bring us to ruin, but they are they type that would slip into step alongside the conquerors. This is what happened in France under the Nazis.
Didn't we have to go and rescue France from the nazi's?

There are so many grass-roots catholic and protestant christians who will not stand for Islamicization. The key is to get rid of the bend over judiciary that chooses only appeasement.
That and God knows how many millions of guns. I think it would get pretty bloody before such a scenario came to pass.
"Goat-roper culture"? With all due respect, goat-roping is a tradition of the American Western culture. It's how you train a youngster how to rope. A 'goat-roping' is actually a hoot to watch. Imagine a dozen or so six year olds running around a fenced enclosure chasing a half-dozen goats. There as likely to rope themselves as the goats.

4 or 5 years ago my late wife and I were in a souvenir shop which had a considerable little collection of John Wayne memorabilia. Directly in walks this metropolitan-looking guy in his early thirties with his 10 - 12 year old daughter in tow. After a short while the wife and are left speechless when we hear the daughter ask "Dad, who was John Wayne?"
