"Silent Witness" - like the previous book about the Kennedy killing - details sloppy law enforcement, among other things. "Silent Witness" is an eye-opening book!!!

There's a chapter on various scenarios that could have happened that fateful night when Terri collapsed. The one that rings the most true to me is that Michael flopped on Terri from behind, knocking the wind out of her, and she couldn't recover enough to get oxygen to the brain.

Fuhrman catches Michael in several lies - never investigated. But there's no statute of limitations on murder. Now that Terri has officially died, a Grand Jury investigation can take place, and a formal investigation can be conducted. No reason why it shouldn't happen . . . unless the politicians wimp out again. After all, Michael himself had the inscription on Terri's gravestone that she died on the day of her collapse. To this day, there is not a plausible explanation of what caused Terri to collapse. She had a yeast infection and a potassium imbalance but WOULD THAT KILL AN OTHERWISE HEALTHY WOMAN?!!

Terri was wanting a divorce; she had discussed it with several people. Michael was a controlling sob; that's all documented. He checked the mileage on her speedometer, etc.

Terri confided in two people that she and Michael had been quarreling the day before her collapse but Michael told law enforcement that there had been no "major" problems. Had there been a thorough investigation at the time of her collapse, their quarreling and the fact that Terri wanted a divorce would have come out. The fight was about Terri dying her hair blonde and about the cost, $80 lousy dollars. Terri was crying and very upset.

Terri was a beautiful woman and it must have caused Michael a lot of grief that she was a blonde; he wanted her to be a brunette. Imagine a man having that much obsession over his wife's hair color! And if my husband ever complained about my spending $80 at the beauty salon, I would be very suspicious that he was a creep from hell!!!

I never knew that Terri was seeing the UPS guy from her work - that he had taken her out to lunch and they had joked around and enjoyed each other's company. Maybe Michael Schiavo found out about that and had a hissy fit. (I am so glad to learn that Terri had a male friend that was sweet to her.)
Michael Schiavo cashed in on a life-insurance policy on Terri while she was still alive. Furthermore, he melted down her jewelry to make jewelry for himself. He had her two cats put to death. Does that sound like the "loving" husband he claimed to be.

After the award money came in, he REALLY BEGAN TO SHOW HIS TRUE COLORS. Being that the Schindler's were trusting, loving Christian types, it caught them by surprise . . . except for Terri's sister Suzanne. She never trust her brother-in-law. You go, girl!! She hired a private investigator to look into Terri's collapse.

After the money came in, Michael became obsessed with getting rid of Terri. Destroy the evidence. He's a pretty crafty dude.

The Schindler's are portrayed in Fuhrman's book as gullible, loving, innocent, naaive people who in the beginning just couldn't believe their son-in-law was capable of such evil. I imagine Laci Peterson's family thought the same - AT FIRST - about Scott.

Michael Schiavo was very lucky to have George Felos for his lead attorney and George Greer for his judge and jury . . . or was he?

Have you read Mark Fuhrman's book? He nails Michael Schiavo, pulls his pants down, for the whole world to see.

Of course, now the Kill-Terri-First crowd will pounce on Mark Fuhrman.

But the Kennedy creep was put away, wasn't he, following Fuhrman's other great book?

Stay tuned . . .

I started reading the book today. I'm halfway through it.

Michael Schiavo was in New York a week or so ago to promote his new book. Fuhrman was in NY the same day that Schiavo was there.

You know what I think Micheal is after reading the book? A lazy opportunist that thinks the world owes him something. I guess that doesn't make him a murderer..just a low life.

Terri reminds me of a lot of over weight high school girls in America that are social outcasts. So sweet and so naive. It's so sad that Micheal was the first one she ever dated. She just could not see the kind of person Micheal really was until right toward the end.

Yes, it needs to be investigated but where in the world will we find intelligent politicians and investigators that also have the testicular fortitude to look into this and to take it where ever it leads them even if it means fighting and possibly imprisioning a chunk of the State of Florida's officials?

And I mean REAL investigators, not those who play them on TV or stayed in a Holiday Inn last night! ;P

I don't know how I missed it, but I also just read that Michael put on Terri's gravestone that Terri died on February 1990.

So why did he sue for malpractice $$ which was supposed to include therapy if she was not alive?

Quotes from Bob Schindler (Terri's dad)
“Long before and during the malpractice trial, you made a number of commitments to Mary and myself. One of your commitments was that award money was to be used to enhance Terri’s medical and neurological care.”
BOB SCHINDLER: And after the money came in, it was maybe two months after that, and I confronted him and asked him when are you going to begin Terri's rehabilitation? And he told me to mind my own business. Now, he had, you know, promised that before. So it was a complete change. And that was the onset of the problem.

Ping and a bump for..

Happy Independence Day!

(with focus on the Judiciary to keep it that way...)

Fuhrman: Grand Jury should probe Terri Schiavo case

Asked if he'd ever seen a case with so many unanswered questions, Fuhrman told Hannity: "Yeah, it's called Martha Moxley."

Michael Schiavo's Lawyer: An Oddball

(author calls Felos "creepy;" "poisonous evil!")

Nobody loves poor Felos de se except Tom Cruise.

Adultery. I'm so glad you approve. I guess little things like "marriage vows" didn't mean squat to Terri, either. What a fine example of "perfection" she was...

Is having lunch with someone adultery?

How about fathering two children with another woman, when you are married? Is that adultery?

Thank you for bumping this thread.

Your comment makes it sound like you have a heavy bias against Terri. Had she done something to offend you, like her continuing to live? It appears to have affected Michael that way. What is your opinion of hubby Michael?

I really didn't realize the situation you refer to is justification for what Michael did. Shucks, I could be guilty according to that definition, myself, so far as the quoted text goes.

Are you implying Michael S. had some good reasons to have Terri murdered? It sounds like it, so I hope you will enlighten us if we got the wrong impression.

Actually, both are adultery, based on what I've read on thsi site over the past several years.

I'm just pointing out that Terri wasn't "perfect" and "without sin" as so many people have claimed.

I know the truth can be a painful thing, but you'll just have to adjust.

The truth isn't biased. But, feel free to keep believing that all you'd like. Go ahead and call me a "nazi death cultist" is you'd like, and feel free to make inferences to people "like me" performing fellatio on Felos, if it will make you feel superior. :)

Had she done something to offend you, like her continuing to live?

No. But again, feel free to miss the point.

What is your opinion of hubby Michael?

Well, I could look at the available evidence, court documents, etc... and conclude that he was doing what he thougth Terri wanted, and was nearly destroyed by her parents for doing so, or I could just ignore everything and anything and conclude that he's a jerk who murdered an innocent woman and should be hanged by the neck until then... I havn't decided yet.

really didn't realize the situation you refer to is justification for what Michael did. Shucks, I could be guilty according to that definition, myself, so far as the quoted text goes.

Are you implying Michael S. had some good reasons to have Terri murdered? It sounds like it, so I hope you will enlighten us if we got the wrong impression.

Well, I'd say you got the wrong impression. But, allow me to type slower and explain more fully, lest I cause your head to explode, mmmmkay?

Bottom line? No matter how much Saundra "I miss Terri so much... she was perfect, incapable of sin, blah blah blah" Duffy dislikes the truth, the fact is that Terri was human, a sinner, and appears, based on available evidence, to be carrying on some form of adulterous behaviour before her collapse. So much for the whole "she was perfect" thing, eh?

THAT was my point. But hey, feel free to mischaracterize it all you'd like. That seems to be the standard MO of your ilk.

Have a nice day! :)

Thanks for another bump. But you left off the /sarcasm

Take a look at the little note right below where you type in your post. It says, inter alia, No personal attacks,.

Have a nice day! :)

And thanks a lot for that wish, too. It is a great day here, lots of sunshine. Will go out and fish in a little and blast some targets inbetween stuffing myself with good old July 4 food.

Your response reminded me of the few at Pinellas Park who called us names and tried to spark angry responses. The situation was different there, though. These guys were professional disruptors, but being surrounded by hard truths most all there had to acknowledge, they had to resort to insults and attempts since their ammo bags were empty of valid arguments. So they did their best trying to ridicule us, sometimes even laughing, themselves, because it sounded so obvious. And would you believe it? They were friends and supporters of Michael!

Actually they came across like someone tinkled in their Rice Crispies. When I get that way, I like to take Ex-Lax. It really helps my mood.

I like to respond to questions with rational thought, not personal attacks, but hey, that is just me. I tend to think of personal attacks as the last refuge of someone without a solid argument. It makes one sound as either very defensively thin skinned or trying to be cool.

With the detractor friends of Michael at Pinellas Park, it was kind of simple, but on the other hand, they were well trained and rehearsed. They were even fun to talk to, once the insults were used up.

I am having a great day and your response amuses me, although I suspect you are really serious. If you are saying these things, while having a nice day, I am glad I am not you. Your attempts to insult me say a lot about you.

I hope you are having one fine day.

Having lunch with someone is NOT adultery.

It's stupid for you to classify it as such.

I do agree that Terri wasn't perfect as no one is perfect not even the Pope or a saint.
