Every one of the doctors who testified that Terri was bulimic and had a haert attack is not ever doctor who testified. Remember, Greer suppressed and sealed a ton of evidence that contradicted his preconceived notions.
The evidence is (and MS, among others, testified to this in court . . . . under oath . . . . TWICE) that Terri was neither bulimic nor had she suffered a haert attack. Her weight loss had occurred 6 months prior to her collapse and doctors found no evidence of a heart attack.
The parents raised the abuse issue in the 2002 trial because that was the first time they learned of the bone scan that had been suppressed until that time.
Wrong. You couldn't be more wrong.
#1. Terri didn't have a heart attack so NOT one doctor testified to that.
#2. She was clearly diagnosed at admission as having had cardiac arrest.
#3. Tell me one, just one, piece of evidence that Greer supressed. I'll wait.
#4. The parents and their attorneys admitted under oath the bone scan was never hidden from them. Their words under oath and their words on television contradict reality. You have to wonder...if they have to lie on television to have their position strengthened, what kind of position do they have anyway?
The Schindler atty admitted the bone scan had been available to them and did not even try to say it was kept secret:
