Rush Limbaugh Reads Letter From Lawyer at beside of Schiavo
3-21-2005 | W.T. Stewart

Rush just read a statement from a lawyer who was in the room with Terry Schiavo at the time the feeding tube was removed. It was a very moving story. I do not have a link to the story and can not find it on the net.

But if this lawyer is telling the truth, and I have no reason not to believe her, it would be big evidence in this case.

If someone can provide a link, please help!

> you ramble on with no facts to prove your point example the statement about Michael the aggressive one, what are the facts what did he do?

Plenty of affidavits from a number of medical workers exist. Even Jay Wolfson last night on Nightline spoke about HINO's not likeable character.

> no court proved he did anything to put his wife in that condition.

Greer has prevented any and all evidence being entered to prove that circumstance -- and the procedural factual history of Greer's acceptance of HINO's/Felos' claims and the near total rejection of Terri's parents please is well documented. There's no need for me to reinvent the wheel and the facts and evidence are too voluminous to place in a posting.

> If anything she did it to herself with starvation causing an heart attack which caused her to be in the condition she is in for the past 15 year

Both of those assumptions have been dismissed by more independent medical professionals than the pro-Felos/HINO's stable of medical professionals.

> 19 judges and 3 supreme courts found for Michael and now today another one making 20 judges have ruled in his case

Only two trial court judges. All appellate level hearings are restricted to legal procedure, not fact. You're spouting off about a shopworn, inapplicable position.

> Get over it she is brain dead

Not according to some 50 independent medical professionals.

> the only thing working is the breathing, swallowing, and heart beat, sweating and some eye movement thats it, DEAD mind wise the spouse has the last say not the parents,

Either you're HINO, or some HINO proponent. You're at least a Frigging TROLL !!

One thing this whole, horrible nightmare will do is absolutely convince everyone how important judge appointments are.

Surprisingly there are many hear with an unspeakable bloodlust that want nothing more than to see Terri die.

When reminded that Terri is alive and a human, they are eager to employ any number of dehumanizing euphemisms in an attempt to make her 'passing' more easy.

More easy for themselves I suppose. Terri is starving to death as we speak.

My position has always and only been to point out facts relevant to why an order to starve Terri to death should never have been issued. Greer's ruling is an order of execution. Sounds like you're convinced that her death will be a "win" for you.

A rather weak and unsubstantiated claim.
If factual reporting about statements and actions made by individuals associated with this high-profile case is so bothersome for you, I can only suggest that you'd perhaps be better off visiting other less impassioned threads.
